When the matter is called out for hearing none appears for the petitioner. Even on 23rd March 2018 and 22nd December 2023 none appeared for the petitioner.

This petition assails order of dismissal in default passed on 25.06.2012 by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. It was recorded by the appellate forum that for last five dates petitioner remained absent.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition. He has not taken any steps as against the respondent No. 2 and the matter was dismissed against it.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed in default for non prosecution.
