Delay of 304 days and 312 days is caused in filing the Civil Applications seeking restoration of the Writ Petitions, which were rejected for non-removal of office objections. 2.

The learned Advocates representing the Non Applicants khs/Sept.2023/4505

- 2 - strongly opposed the application.

For the reasons set out and considering the cause of action in the Writ Petitions, both these Civil Applications are allowed and the delay is condoned on the following conditions :- [a] All office objections shall be removed on or before 25.10.2023.
