It is stated by the learned AGP, on instructions, that the certificate of validity is already issued to the Petitioner and it will be dispatched and will reach the Petitioner within next 72 (seventy two) hours.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking given to the Court.

Needless to clarify, if the certificate of validity does not reach the Petitioner within the above time limit, the Scrutiny Committee will have to pay the costs quantified at Rs.1 lac to the Petitioner and which shall be paid within FOUR WEEKS from today.
