Under order dated 27.11.2018, this Court had directed respondent no.2 to consider and decide the proposal of the petitioner on its own merits ignoring the delay.

Mr Patil, learned Counsel for respondent no.2 stated that pursuant to the order of this Court, respondent no.2 has decided the claim of the petitioner and amount is found to be payable to the petitioner. The amount payable by respondent no.2 to the petitioner is already deposited in this Court.

In view of the fact that respondent no.2 has decided the claim of the petitioner we allow the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by respondent no.2 along with accrued interest, if any.

Writ Petition disposed of. Co costs.
