DATED :

MARCH 19, 2018.

JUDGMENT : [PER T.V. NALAWADE, J.] 1) The petition is filed for giving direction to respondents to treat the petitioner as eligible candidate for B.A.M.S. course and to accept the examination form and to permit the petitioner to appear for examination of B.A.M.S. course. Both the sides are heard. 2) It appears that due to interim order made by this Court dated 5.4.2013 the petitioner was allowed to appear for examination and her form was accepted by the University. After that she completed the course. The learned counsel for University drew the attention of this Court to the eligibility conditions prescribed for CET and he submitted that biotechnology students could have got admission to M.B.B.S. course, but for B.A.M.S. course, there was no such facility. In any case, due to the interim order made by this Court, the petitioner has completed the course. As she has completed the course and considering the nature of subjects which

she had taken in 12th standard examination, this Court holds that she is entitled to get the certificate of the course. In the result, the petition is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of. Rule is made absolute.
