Counsel state that interim relief has been granted in civil application no. 8834 of 2012 in companion similar second appeal no. 508 of 2012.

As such, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause "B" in present civil application 6893 of 2012. Civil application accordingly stands disposed of.
