The grievance of the Petitioner is that though she has completed 53 years of age and the Government Resolution dated 21.04.2021 does not permit transfer of teachers who are 53 plus, teaching in special categories, to the difficult areas, the petitioner's name appears in the transfer list dated 21.03.2023. 2.

The learned Advocate representing the Aurangabad Zilla Parishad, who has appeared in the matter on the request of the Court, submits that the petitioner's representation dated 17.03.2023 would be considered on its merits in the light of the said Government Resolution.
