This petition is filed for seeking following prayer clause (B). In reply the learned A.G.P. stated that he has received written instructions that the compensation to the petitioner would be given as per the provision of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The written instructions received by the learned A.G.P. are taken on record and marked at ExhibitA.

He also stated that as per the directions given earlier by this Court an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs) is deposited with this Court.

This amount shall be adjusted to the amount of compensation, that would be determined in future.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
