This is an application for bringing LR's of deceased respondent No.1 on record by condoning the delay of 744 days. 2.

Issue notice to the proposed LR's of deceased respondent No.1. Mr. R. M. Gaikwad, learned Advocate holding for Mr. P. M. Gaikwad waives notice on behalf of proposed LR's 1-i to 1-v. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 raises objection to the delay.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed, subject to cost of Rs. 1000/- to be paid to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. Necessary amendment be carried out. The amendment to substitute names of LR's of deceased respondent No.1 be carried out within two weeks.
