1] We have heard the counsel for petitioner and counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

2] It is contention of the petitioner that though the petitioner is working as Gram Sevak on contract basis till date, he is not paid wages/salary. This statement of the counsel for petitioner is disputed by the counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. He submits that the petitioner is relieved from the said post and is not working since 8.2.2013. 3] After hearing the counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.3, we find that disputed questions of fact have arised. The fact that representation/application filed by the petitioner with respondent No.3 is not in dispute. In the circumstances, we direct the respondent No.3 to hear the petitioner and concerned officers of the panchayat Samit about the

{2} 909 sr. no..odt grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible, however, within 10 weeks from today. Petition stands disposed of on above terms.
