Heard. Notice to the Respondents. The learned A.G.P. waives notice for Respondent Nos.1, 3 and 4. Mr. Bade Patil, learned counsel waives
notice for Respondent No.2.

This is an Application seeking leave to amend the memo of Writ Petition, so also to add some documents.

Learned counsel for Respondents opposes the Application.

The amendment sought is in respect of the events after filing of the Writ Petition. However, aspect of the delay and laches will be required to be considered. Respondents can agitate the said aspect and controvert the same even after the amendment is allowed.

In light of that, Civil Application is allowed. The Petitioner shall carry out the amendment. Question of delay and laches in respect of said amendment part, is kept open. Civil Application disposed of accordingly.
6. Place the Writ Petition No.4255 of 2002 for hearing on 15th April 2015.
