The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the elections to Yogeshwari Shikshan Sanstha is conducted contra to the normal process of voting in any democracy. The learned counsel submits that the voting is permitted to the members only on the basis of the panel and no individual right to vote for individual members is granted. He submits that it would be in violation of the Constitution of the Trust. Since, the election process is already commenced, the petition will have liberty raise his grievances at appropriate stage. Interference in the process of election would not be beneficial to the trust. In view of the same, liberty to the petitioner to take up his challenge before the appropriate forum as may be available in law. 3.
