The petitioner has approached this court in view of her nonselection. She claims there has been an irregularity in the selection process. Clause 6-A of the Government Resolution dated 13-08-2014, issued by the State of Maharashtra, through the Principal Secretary Women and Children Development Department, Mumbai is with regard to correction in the terms and conditions of the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika etc. She filed her complaint / representation on 2002-2022 within limitation and which has been served on respondent

(2) wp5363.22 No.2 on 02-03-2022. Said complaint is still not decided. 2.

Since an innocuous prayer is putforth, we are disposing of this petition without issuing notice to respondent No. 4 as the petitioner merely seeks a decision on his pending compliant/representation. 3.

As such, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to decide the complaint /representation dated 20-02-2022, filed by the petitioner, by following the due procedure laid down in law and upon granting a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the concerned litigating parties, as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30-08-2022.
