The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that the District Collector would consider proposal of the petitioner on its own merits.

In the light of above, in case proposal of the petitioner for construction of well equipped Gym is pending and if sanctioned and that the amount is payable to the petitioner, then the Respondent No. 3 shall decide proposal of the petitioners on its own merit and in accordance with

2 wp 5105.19 law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The petitioner may represent itself before Respondent No.3.

In the light of the above, writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
