2] Issue notice to the sole respondent. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of the sole respondent.

3] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

4] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.0018/2025, registered at Gandhi Chowk Police Station, Latur, District Latur, for the offences punishable under Sections 108 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

ABA531.2025 5] Today, this court in the above mentioned crime in ABA/331/2025 & ABA/348/2025 confirmed the interim protection order dated 05.03.2025 qua the applicants therein.

6] As the case of the present applicant is identical to that of the applicants in ABA/331/2025 & ABA/348/2025, protection can be extended to the present applicant also.

7] In view of the above, the present application is allowed on the same terms and conditions as noted in ABA/331/2025 & ABA/348/2025 vide interim order dated 05.03.2025 and, also, confirmation of interim order dated 28.03.2025.

8] The application stands disposed of.
