The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal with respondent no. 2 for the benefit of pay scale against the order of the Chief Executive Officer. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2 and submits that in case the appeal is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 would decide the same on its own merits.

In case the appeal is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with respondent no. 2 (Exhibit - H, Page No. 38), then the same shall be decided by respondent no. 2 on its own merits, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.
