Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions submits that present writ petition is arising out of Special Civil Suit No. 36/2014, which was pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal. According to his instructions, Special Civil Suit No. 36/2014 has been compromised between the parties. Therefore, in view of withdrawal of Special Civil Suit No. 36/2014, he seeks withdrawal of writ petition. 2.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
