Mr. Dhorde, the learned counsel states that the transfer order dated 06.08.2004 is assailed in the present petition. The petitioner has already retired from service on attaining age of superannuation. In the light of that nothing survives in the writ petition. By the interim order, the impugned order was stayed up to 1st May, 2005. 2.
