The petitioners are before this Court complaining about disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.11829 of 2014 dated 14.07.2015 whereby respondent nos. 2 and 3 therein were directed to determine and disburse the rental compensation to the petitioners, if they were found entitled to. 3.

The respondents have filed affidavit-in-reply along with a chart prima facie demonstrating that the authorities have considered the aspect of rental compensation and have paid some amount of compensation to the petitioners.

Even if the petitioners are not in agreement with the assessment, they will have their own remedies. There is no point in keeping the Contempt Petition pending.

The Contempt Petition is disposed off. The petitioners will have their own remedies.
