By this application, the applicant seeks out of turn early hearing of the Writ Petitions.

When the parties were called upon to address the Court on the petitions itself, both the parties submit that they are not ready with the matter.

Old matters ranging from the year 1994 onwards are pending before this Court, which are being heard on every Thursday. Precedence cannot be granted to this petition over old matters.

The Civil Application is, therefore rejected. However, the parties may renew the request after six months.
