Heard the learned Advocate Mr.Adwant for the petitioner. None present for respondent Nos. 1 to 5.

The issue is regarding requisitioning the services of the staff of the charity organization.

Although, on 10.05.2024, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 had desired on behalf of the Election Commission that there should be some verdict of this Court on the khs/Dec.2024/3407

- 2 - controversy, since the elections for the Loksabha and Legislative Assembly of the State are over, it would be merely an academic issue, which we refuse to entertain and decide.

The writ petition is disposed of.
