By the order of even date, this Court in Civil Application No. 7498 of 2020 has permitted the applicant to withdraw 50% amount out of the amount deposited before the Commissioner for E.C. Act & Judge, Labour Court, Latur on certain conditions. In view of the same, the present Civil Application seeking stay is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" to the extent of the remaining amount. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
