ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No. 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for State.

The affidavit is filed by the Naib Tahsildar that, as per the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (in short "the Act of 2013"), the process has been initiated for acquisition of land. The
2 Sr993WP4707.2017 respondent No. 3 has received proposal from the Acquiring Body for acquisition of land ad-measuring 4 Hector 10 R in the year 2008 itself. The proposal was sent to the Taluka Inspector of Land Records. This office on 04.05.2017 has directed Taluka Inspector of Land Records, Ashti, to measure the land and submit the report. 3.
It is expected that the respondent-authorities shall initiate the process at the earliest.

The respondents shall initiate process of land acquisition under the Act of 2013, within three months and shall complete the same within the time stipulated under the Act of 2013. 5.
The petitioner also seeks rental compensation. The petitioner may apply for the same to the appropriate authority. 6.
