We have heard the respective learned counsels for the petitioners and the respondents.

In the present matters, the award has not been passed. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that objection has been raised to the notification under Section 3C before the authority.

Naturally, before passing the award, the authority is required to consider and decide the objection raised in view of the notification under Section 3C. If the petitioner has already raised an objection, the authority before passing the award, shall decide the same in accordance with the provisions of the National Highways Act.

The Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs. 6.
