The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.P. for respondents No. 1 to 3 jointly submit that the petitioner is similarly situated like the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 8134 of 2014 and the directions issued by this Court in the said writ petition on 25th January, 2016 also deserve to be issued to the respondents in the present writ petition. 2.

Accordingly, we pass the following order for the same reasons which are stated in the order dated 25th January, 2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 8134/2014.

We direct the Head Master - respondent No. 4 to

wp4327-2016 submit the salary bills, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. Upon receiving such salary bills, the concerned Education Officer to take appropriate action/decision in accordance with the procedure/Rules, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such salary bills. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
