After hearing learned counsel, it appears that proposal for staffing pattern as suggested under communication dated 14th August, 2014 (Exhibit G collectively) is submitted and the same is yet not being responded to.

Having regard to that, since it is being stated that respondent No.2 - education officer has now been authorized to decide such proposals, it would be expedient that respondent No.2 shall decide on said proposal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order, if

not already decided.

The petition, with the aforesaid observations, stands disposed of.
