Learned counsel for petitioner and Respondents are ad-idem that the petitioners are covered under the order of this Court dt.18.12.2017 in W.P.No.4618/2017 with connected Writ Petitions. In view of that we follow the same course.

In the result, the impugned order is quashed and set aside. In case, the Respondents want to take any action against the appointment of the petitioner, then the petitioner shall be heard before passing any order. If the approval granted in favour of the petitioner is in force, the Respondents are liable to pay salary to the petitioner.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
