The dispute revolves around the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007. The petitioners possess fair price shop license and even authority is given to the petitioners to distribute kerosene as they possess fair price shop license. The challenge to the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007 has failed up to the Apex Court.

In light of that, parties would be bound by the Government Resolution dated 3.11.2007.

The Writ Petitions as such stand disposed of accordingly.
