1) Heard learned counsel for both sides. It appears that the prisoner, petitioner attended the marriage and he surrendered after the marriage. The reply affidavit filed shows that second application filed for extension of furlough is still pending with DIG Prisons. It is contended that extension of furlough by 10 days i.e. 9-42015 to 18-4-2015 cannot be granted in view of the rules. However, the authority will decide the matter after considering the rules.
2 Cr WP 474 of 2015 2) In view of the aforesaid circumstances the petition has become infructuous and stands disposed of. The fees of the learned counsel appointed is quantified at Rs.1500/- (Rupees fifteen hundred only).
