This is an application for bringing legal representatives of sole respondent on record. Since delay appears to have been caused in filing the application, the delay is also sought to be condoned. It is contended that appellant got the knowledge that the sole respondent has expired in March, 2018, when Purshis came to be filed on record in that regard and immediately thereafter, present application has been filed. 2.

Considering the facts as above, the application deserves to be allowed and is accordingly allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.
