1) The submissions made show that the application filed for furlough is no yet decided. The petitioner has requested for giving direction to the authority to accept cash security and grant furlough. He is life convict and he has been behind the bars since 21-92003. The submissions made show that on not a single instance he has been granted furlough or parole. The submissions further show that he is shifted to Visapur Open Prison. This circumstance is certainly in his favour.

2 Cr WP 476/2015 2) In view of these circumstances this Court hopes that the authority will consider the matter sympathetically. He must have earned wages and in the wage register there must be sufficient amount in the jail as he has been behind the bars for more than 12 years. This amount can be considered as cash security by the authority. 3) The application is not yet decided and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the application will be decided within 15 days. With the aforesaid observations the petition is disposed of. Fees of the learned counsel appointed is quantified at Rs.1500/- (Rs. fifteen hundred only).
