Writ Petition Nos.3703/2024 and 3704/2024 are not on board. Taken on the production board.

The learned Advocates for the Petitioners in all these Petitions, confirm that the order passed by this Court, dated 14/12/2023, in Writ Petition No.14892/2023 (Sudhir Narayan Jadhav Vs. State of Maharashtra and others) and a group of cases, would squarely apply to all these cases. The learned A.G.Ps. and the learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad also confirm that the said order applies to all these cases. 3.
Hence, for the reasons and the conclusions drawn in the order dated 14/12/2023 in Sudhir Narayan Jadhav (supra), all these Writ Petitions are partly allowed to the extent of these Petitioners. The impugned orders in all these Writ Petitions are quashed and set aside. We expect the Committee constituted
(3) under the Government Resolution dated 27/06/2022, to submit it's recommendations to the Government, on or before 31/05/2024. 4.
The position existing prior to the issuance of the impugned order, is restored. However, being conscious of the fact that a Committee has been constituted by the Government Resolution dated 27/06/2022, any further decision of the Authorities would be subject to the recommendations of the Committee, if accepted and implemented by the State Government.

In view of the delay and laches, the learned Advocates for the Petitioners submit that, each of these Petitioners would deposit an amount of Rs.500/- as donation to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, at Aurangabad. (R. M. JOSHI, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
