According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner validation proceeding is pending since the year-2014 with respondent no.2 committee, the same is not yet decided.

The learned A.G.P. waives service of notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In case, the validation proceeding is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a

2 wp 5731.2021 period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 08.04.2021.

The committee shall consider that the petitioner is appearing for NEET-PG 2021 exam and in view of that shall decide proceeding preferably within three (03) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
