The matter was earlier on called out in the morning session, learned advocate for the petitioner was absent and the matter was mentioned on his behalf and was kept back. 2.

When the matter is called out in the afternoon session, nobody appears for the petitioner.

3. Learned advocate for respondents points out that this writ petition is a left out matter from group of writ petitions bearing No. 3745 of 2014 and others. Therefore, he requests that similar treatment be given to this petition as well.

As such, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of
