The representation of the petitioner as against the order dated 21st March, 2023 generated by the Teacher Transfer Management System, has been rejected by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, as per the telephonic instructions received by the learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad. He further submits that a hearing took place on the representation of the petitioner on 13th April, 2023. He further submits that now the petitioner can approach the Divisional Commissioner's Office under Clause 5.10.2 of the Government Resolution dated 7th April, 2021. 2.
