The petitioners who was issued with a tribe certificate in an incorrect form, has applied to the respondents soliciting a fresh one in Form C, by submitting online application on 13.04.2024.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach before the respondent within two weeks, surrender his original tribe certificate in incorrect form.
