Petitioner is raising exception to the order in respect of formation of wards published by the election authorities on 29.01.2015. It is reported that notification for election has been published on 23.06.2015 and the programme of election has commenced. As per the programme, time prescribed for acceptance of nomination paper commences from 13.07.2015. At this stage of proceeding, no interference need be caused in the instant petition challenging the very formation of wards and prescription of seats for various categories as, interference at this stage is likely to hamper the ongoing process of election. Keeping the option to avail of alternate remedy available in law, open for the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of. 2.

Pending civil application, if any, does not survive and stands disposed of.
