The petition is circulated on the backdrop of extreme urgency, namely, medical report of the petitioner referring to the risk of continuation of the pregnancy.

My attention is invited to the report dated 25th March, 2020, placed on record at Exh.'A', issued through a private sonography clinic.

The principal prayer made in the petition is in the nature of directions to terminate the pregnancy of the petitioner under the supervision of team of medical experts.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 08.04.2020.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for the respondents/State. 6.

The petitioner is permitted to appear before the competent Medical Board i.e. respondent No.2 - The Dean, Government Medical College & Hospital, Ghati, Aurangabad tomorrow i.e. on 4th April, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. for medical examination.

The report of aforesaid examination carried out by the competent board be submitted to this Court through the office of learned Government Pleader.

Post the petition for further orders on 8th April, 2020. 9.

Authenticated copy of this order be supplied to learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader and in turn learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader to communicate the same today itself to the concerned authority. (PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.) sjk
