Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that the applicant would deposit the complete amount of award granted by the Tribunal within a period of six weeks. He submits that, in that view of the matter this Court may consider the prayer of the applicant to grant stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and award passed by the Tribunal without issuing notice to the non-applicants as the order is innocuous in nature.

As the learned counsel appearing for the applicant made a statement that the insurance company will deposit the amount within six weeks, I am of the opinion that the application can be disposed of without issuing notice to the non-applicants, as the order granting stay on a condition to deposit an amount is an innocuous order.

Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "(B)", on a condition that the applicant shall deposit the complete amount of the award passed by the Tribunal within a period of six weeks from today.
