The learned Advocate submits that the arrears of the salary are not released as per the approval order. The learned Advocate further submits that even the Education Officer has forwarded proposal to the Deputy Director of Education that the appointments of the petitioners are approved and that their names be included in the Shalarth Pranali. 2.

The Deputy Director of Education shall take decision on the said proposals within a period of one month from today. If the proposals are approved within the stipulated period and there is no any other impediment and the names of the petitioners cannot be included in the Shalarth Pranali, then the Education Officer can process the bills for payment of salary / arrears to the petitioners by way of online process and/or offline also. 3.
