The application is filed for condonation of delay of 1824 days caused in filing Civil Revision Application against the Judgment and Award of the Reference Court. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.P.

In view of the contents of the application and

However, there is huge delay and so this Court holds that application can be allowed subject to condition that interest in respect of 1824 days will not be payable to the applicants.
