There is a statutory remedy in filing a Second Revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (MLR Code) in view of the pronouncement of the Honourable Apex Court in the matter of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra [2015
(6) Mh.L.J. 915].

This Court has not granted any interim relief to the petitioners. Notice was issued on 13.6.2018 and a further order was passed on 13.7.2018 as the petitioners did not supply copies for issuance of notices.
