Petitioner is merely seeking direction to the respondent No. 3/Assistant Director, Department of Other Backward Bahujan Welfare, Latur as addressed a letter dated 07 February 2024 (Exhibit - C) inter alia regarding the alleged illegal transfer of 11th and 12th divisions.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the proposal received from the respondent No. 2 (Exhibit - C) as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six

(06) weeks from today.
