These applications are filed seeking withdrawal of the amount through different Advocates. On the previous date, the hearing for the applicant was adjourned at the request of Mr. Nilesh Tungar, Advocate appearing in CA/4166/2019 to take instructions in the matter as to how two applications seeking withdrawal of amount are filed for the same applicant through two different Advocates.

Learned AGP submits that the applicant has already withdrawn the amount to the extent of 75% of the amount deposited. The extent of 25% is invested in fixed deposit as per order dated 02.11.2012.

I am of the view, no case is made out to entertain these applications seeking further withdrawal of amount. Applications are rejected.
