Delay of 164 days is caused in filing this Civil Application for seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which is refused registration on account of non removal of office objections. The Writ Petition was at a pre-notice stage. 2.

The learned AGP opposed the Civil Application contending that the Applicant/ Petitioner should donate some costs to the Bar Association.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 164 days is condoned on the condition that all

*2* 928ca3582o24 office objections shall be removed on or before 30.04.2024. The amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) shall be donated by the Applicant to the Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad, within the same period. 4.
