Heard the learned counsel for applicant and the learned APP. The learned APP submits that the interim protection is granted to the applicant by Justice Nitin B. Suryawanshi vide order dated 4th April, 2024. While granting interim protection, the applicant was directed to deposit Rs.4,11,000/- in the surplus account of District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Ahmednagar, within two weeks from the date of the order. Since then, the said amount has not been deposited. Hence, she requested to dismiss the application and vacate the interim protection granted to the applicant. The learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, submits that the amount has not been deposited as the applicant is suffering from various ailments and he is not in a position to deposit the said amount

948 ABA.542.2024.odt and requested to continue the interim protection. I have heard both the learned counsel.

This Court has granted interim protection by imposing specific condition to deposit the specif amount of Rs.4,11,000/-. The said condition has not been complied. Hence, the interim protection granted to the applicant is vacated and the application is disposed of. [ SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J. ] nga
