Heard Mr. S.V. Hange, the learned AGP for the applicant State and Mr. Gole, the learned counsel appearing for the non applicants/claimants. None appeared for the non-applicant/ Acquiring Body.

By the present application, the Sub Divisional Officer/Land Acquisition Officer, Sub Divisional Office, Udigir prayed for permission to withdraw an amount of Rs. 71,78,486/- which have been deposited in Civil Application No. 1089 of 2015 IN First Appeal St. No. 23630/2015 vide Cheque No. 275117 dated 21.02.2024 on the ground that due to misunderstanding and inadvertently the said amount was deposited before this Court in First Appeal St. No. 23630/2015.

Since the amount was wrongly deposited, it be returned to the applicant applicant as prayed in the civil application. 4.
