Having regard to the nature of dispute, the application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The application so as to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Vijay Dinanath @ Dinkar Mairan is hereby allowed.

2 950-CA-6438-2022 (ii) The appellant/acquiring body is directed to bring on record legal heirs of deceased Vijay Dinanath @ Dinkar Mairan by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within a period of six weeks from today.
