Since the issue involved in both these petitions is identical, both the petitions are disposed of with this common order. 2.

We have heard Mr. V. D. Hon learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner/s.

The contentions of Mr. V. D. Hon are that the petitioners, are the members of respondent No.3 / APMC, whose elections are due. 1/2

The petitioners having completed two years on their membership ought to have been included in the voter list. 5.

As far as the aforesaid contentions are concerned, Mr. Pulkundwar, learned Government Pleader is justified in bringing to the notice of this Court as to the declaration of election programme. Since the election programme has already commenced, we deem it appropriate not to cause interference at the stage of the proceedings. 6.
