1) After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant when this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, on instructions, she wants to withdraw the application. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

2) Considering the age of the applicant, which is shown as 75 years in the application and, which appears

2 Application 1698 of 2017 to be more than 65 years as per the police record, and in view of nature of allegations and the period for which the applicant has been behind the bars, this Court is directing the trial Court to decide the matter within three months from the date of receipt of the order. After three months there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court but in any case the trial Court is expected to dispose of the case within three months. Authenticated copy is allowed to both the sides.
